I used to weigh over 17 st when I was only 16. I gave up chocolate, sweets, crisps and fizzy pop 3 years ago and have since dropped to around 13-14st. I started rowing at University and have got reasonably fit but I still have a bit of a belly and am determined to lose it this year! My long term aims are that, in the next 5-10 years, I want to run a marathon, complete a triathalon and get a trim body (preferably with a six pack...)
